Returns & Warranty Policies

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on cloth diapers, training pants, inserts, doublers, or menstrual products. Other products are eligible within 30 days of purchase for a store credit equal to the original purchase price excluding our shipping charges to you. Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Returned items will be inspected prior to store credit being given. “Clearance” items are FINAL SALE. All Baby Tula is "Final Sale".

If you received a "FREE", or "giveaway," item(s) along with the purchased item(s), all items must be forfeited in NEW condition at the same time for store credit to be given. 

In the case of a defective item, please contact us for instructions on how to file a claim under your specific brand's warranty. 

JELLYCAT ONLY: Diaper Depot warranties all Jellycat for 15 days from receipt. Either store credit or a replacement, should one be in stock, will be issued once the defective Jellycat arrives back to us. Effective 1/1/2021
